Empatic
Every emotion on the face — in numbers and in real time
Empatic reads a person's emotional state from video: 12 emotions and non-verbal signals straight from the camera feed. The classifier is trained on our own multi-ethnic face database, so it needs no neutral frame and never asks the person to sit still.

No neutral frame required
Nobody has to hold a “blank” face: thresholds adapt to the individual, and the head can move freely in the frame.
Processing on an NVIDIA GPU
Analysis runs locally on a CUDA-capable graphics card: frames are processed in real time and video is never sent to the cloud.
